Carina has been involved in the mortgage industry for almost five years. Her early experience in the industry was as a mortgage processor. This work gave her the additional knowledge and understanding of how a loan is processed and underwritten after the application is received.
Carina finds it especially fulfilling to work with first time home buyers. She understands that the first time home buyer is very excited about the home purchase, but she also knows how easy it can be to become overwhelmed with the information and decisions that need to be made. Carina is able to guide them through the process from beginning to end – helping them to feel comfortable with the program selected, monthly payments and closing costs involved in the mortgage.
